They set up registration websites for commercial exhibitors, and for conference attendees, allowing for exhibitors to choose a booth along with any desired decorations, register all their booth staff, sponsor aspects of the conference et al., and for conference attendees to choose their options, such as the banquet, attending short courses etc. The swoogo.com website handles these tasks very efficiently, and any questions or other aspects of customer service are handled very promptly and courteously. At the conference itself, YesEvents personnel are on hand to deal with any last minute issues, solve problems as they crop up, and thus behind the scenes they help the whole conference run smoothly. YesEvents has become so much part of the team, that we have begun inviting Nichole to join the steering committee meetings every month, and we look forward to working with her and with YesEvents in the future.

YesEvents is a great company, not just because their website are easy to use and helps us to make our clients happy. I really like the fact that I have a company that can set-up and customize the software, as well as take all the time consuming phone calls from guests, while I can be focused on my event.
